MPlus Cosmetics is an innovative, rapidly expanding color cosmetics contract manufacturer headquartered in Inzago (Milan), Italy.
Founded in 2002 by industry expert David Chant as Mascara Plus, the company originated with a specialized focus on mascara formulation and in-house fiber brush manufacturing. This unique synergy between formulation chemistry and brush performance enabled rapid international growth, establishing MPlus as a key partner for premier beauty brands worldwide.
For over 22 years, MPlus Cosmetics has cultivated robust supply-chain partnerships, delivering 360-degree turnkey OEM and private label services. Today, our 10,800+ square meter manufacturing facility combines R&D expertise with scalable production across all color cosmetic categories: Face, Eyes, and Lips.
