Role Purpose & Impact for Global Buyers

The R&D Formulator leads the development of innovative anhydrous products and emulsions. Working within our advanced Milan laboratory, this specialist formulates high-performance mascaras, foundations, BB creams, lipsticks, lip glosses, and eyeliners tailored to international brand specifications.

Core Responsibilities

  • Autonomous formulation and shade-matching of color cosmetics (emulsions, anhydrous bases, powders).
  • Rigorous stability, compatibility, and safety testing complying with EU cosmetic regulations and ISO 22716 standards.
  • Direct collaboration with Production and Quality Assurance to scale R&D formulations to pilot and full-scale manufacturing.
  • Partnering with raw material suppliers across Europe to integrate sustainable, clean-beauty active ingredients.
  • Drafting comprehensive technical data sheets (TDS) and manufacturing master formulas.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences with specialization in Cosmetic Science.
  • Minimum 3+ years in color cosmetics contract manufacturing formulation.
  • Proven expertise in GMP guidelines, regulatory documentation, and advanced laboratory instrumentation.

International B2B Sales Manager — Private Label Accounts

Commercial Leadership

The Sales Manager drives global market expansion by building strategic partnerships with international beauty brands, retailers, and private label distributors across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Core Responsibilities

  • Designing commercial execution strategies and custom private label program quotes tailored to client project requirements.
  • Representing MPlus Cosmetics at international trade exhibitions including Cosmopack Worldwide, MakeUp in New York, and Beautyworld.
  • Conducting market analyses to identify emerging beauty trends, texture demands, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Managing major international client accounts, ensuring seamless end-to-end customer service and account retention.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales management experience within the cosmetic contract manufacturing sector.

Cosmetic Project Manager & Technical Operations Specialist
